The Bowler Group has been successfully trading in the agricultural sector for over 30 years, offering a full turn key operation to anyone wishing to enter the world of free range egg production.

Our interest in renewable energy started when we investigated ways to reduce energy costs on our own farms.

With the financial incentives being offered by the government to encourage the generation of electricity from renewable sources, we quickly identified renewable energy as a cost effective means of both reducing our energy costs and generating income.

In addition we realised we could extend our already successful business model to include Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and wind turbines and so Bowler Energy was born.

We have established and extremely successful in-house planning, build and finance teams with vast experience and knowledge. We also have a proven track record and enviable reputation for providing a complete package and supporting our customers through every step.

There are many organisations entering into renewable energy but there is a great deal of work involved in the early stages to make sure any project is researched correctly, which many people do not readily understand. If the wrong site or equipment is chosen it can have a serious impact on the returns generated or even cause the whole project to fail later on, wasting valuable time and money.

Our site surveyors are not salesmen. Two are involved in their own renewable energy projects and their priority is to deliver what is going to work for you and what is most suited to your site. We have also invested in renewable energy projects on our own, company owned farms, which clearly demonstrates our commitment to the future of this market.
